All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments/items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. A photo documentation is required via email.
Photos of damage or incorrect item(s) may be required, and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued. Once a return label is issued, items must be sent back within 10 days. Items must be returned in its original packaging.
- We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint flaws or figure positioning. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged figure.
- Since we do not have any control over how the carrier handles your package, we can't be held responsible for their delivery practices and cannot guarantee that your item(s) will always arrive in mint condition. In some cases we may be able to offer replacement boxes for commons that are in stock from the manufacturer.
- If a replacement is not available, store credit will be given.
